Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Saorview, DVD, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Front and rear lawned gardens with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: There is a small stream 100 yards from the house with a steep slope, children to be supervised.

Ideal for those who love the great outdoors, Kilgarvan is south of Killarney National Park and to the North of Gougane Barra Forest Park.
