"Don't go there.appearances are deceptive.
Driveway hard to acces by car and foot .my mother housebound on occasions. As not mentioned in description
On arrival no toilet rolls and no toilet seat in downstairs toilet.all toilets badly stained
Showers dirty and two showers couldn't be used at same time.each overflowed when in use
Kettle filthy,fridge shelves missing,no room for bottles etc.kithchen badly equipped and not clean
Sofa ripped
Gate off hinges ,had to be tied with rope found in garden not dog friendly as dog could escape .
Bedside lamps broken.
Sink in wet room about to fall off wall"
