Ground floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area (seats 10). Utility. Sitting room (seats 8) with open fire. First floor sitting area (seats 2).

With six bedrooms over the ground and first floor including two doubles (one with an en-suite), a twin, two singles (one with an additional pull-out bed) and one family room with 1 double and 1 single, this cottage can sleep up to twelve people (eleven adults max.). There's also a ground floor bathroom and a shower room along with a kitchen/diner (seating 8), a utility room, a sitting room (seating 5) with an open fire, along with a first floor sitting room (seating 2). Outside, there is ample off road parking plus a lawned garden to the front and rear with furniture. Eagle's Rest boasts beautiful views stretching across the surrounding greenery to the sea in the distance, and offers a comfortable and homely base for a Kerry holiday to remember.
