Oil central heating with multi-fuel stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, TV with basic Sky, DVD, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power in rent and first fire ready for all customers ( more fuel/wood can be purchased 1 mile away ) Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 4 cars. Front lawned garden and rear patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: There is a small step from kitchen to living room
