Welcome to Seafield. This detached cottage on the outskirts of Ramelton sleeps seven people in four bedrooms.

Four bedrooms: 2 x ground floor double (one with en-suite shower, basin and WC), 1 x ground floor twin, 1 x family room with 3 singles. Ground floor bathroom with bath, shower over, separate shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area (seats 8) and sitting area (seats 6) with electric fire. Utility. First floor sitting room (seats 5) with dining area (seats 4). Oil central heating with electric fire in the sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Free-to-air channels, DVD, CD/radio, selection of books, games, DVDs and toys. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Ample off road parking. Lawned garden with furniture to front and rear. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 10 mins walk. Note: Fuel & Power included June, July and August, the rest of year electricity will be charged for as used, by meter readings, on arrival and departure.

Seafield is a detached cottage on the edge of Ramelton, a quiet Heritage town in County Donegal. The cottage has two ground floor doubles, a twin room and a family room with double and single beds. There is a ground floor bathroom, an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, and a first floor sitting room with small dining area. Outside is ample off road parking, and lawned gardens to the front and rear. Seafield is well placed for enjoying beautiful Donegal, including beaches at Rathmullan and Dunfanaghy, the town of Letterkenny, the Glenveagh National Park, and more.

Ramelton is a riverside Heritage town in County Donegal, nestling on the banks of the River Lennon. The town offers shops and pubs, with further amenities found in nearby Letterkenny. This area is packed with fishing, golfing and walking opportunities, while the lovely coastline can be explored by visiting beaches at Rathmullan or Dunfanaghy, and time spent on the picturesque Fanad Peninsula.

The West of Ireland conjures up many images; thatched, whitewashed cottages, a flock of sheep on a narrow road, an emerald green field with a stone wall, or the Atlantic waves crashing into towering cliffs and rocky shores.

"Seafield is a beautiful bungalow, it has plenty of space, a big kitchen dining area, has a kids playroom/video room upstairs to keep kids entertained.. the house was absolutely spotless on arrival.. seafield bungalow is in the beautiful village of ramelton its perfectly placed for everything.. not far from letterkenny, near loads of beaches and is in the centre of donegal so driving around the sights or the Wild Atlantic Way seafield is in the middle.. so driving east or west, north or south the drive ain't that far to your destination.. recommend, hopefully go back some day..."

"The comfort of the beds really added to the holiday and the house was lovely and warm. Also the owner was so helpful. The area was also quite and restful and would be a safe area for children. The owners also have a wonderful room upstairs dedicated for the children to use."
