"Booked this cottage through Skye Cottages (who were also very good, and got a big discount on the ferry crossing). The cottage is half way up a hill with stunning views, access is quite steep and twisty but perfectly OK for a family car as the surface is very good. Cottage is very well equipped, underfloor heating , dishwasher etc etc and is in extremely good condition as well as being spotless. Mr and Mrs Cronin are very welcoming. Glengarriff is about 3 miles down the road and Kenmare about 6 - everywhere you go the views are excellent - Highly recommended"

"One can hardly imagine a more beautifully situated cottage. The view is amazing and a long hiking path is right by the cottage. The cottage itself is spacious but cosy. Includes fireplace, cats (if you let them in), and donkeys in neighbouring field."
