Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with Saorview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Front lawned garden and rear lawned garden with patio and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 4.5 miles. Beach 5 mins walk. Note: No stag/hen or similar.

Seagaze is a wonderful detached house in Youghal, in County Cork. The property has four bedrooms, a double and a single on the ground floor, plus a double and a twin upstairs. There is a family bathroom on the first floor two, and a shower room on the ground floor. The kitchen has a dining area seating six, and the sitting room has an electric fire and patio doors opening onto the patio. The garden at the front is lawned, and the garden at the back of the house is lawned and very large, with plenty of space for the kids to run around, while you enjoy a drink on the patio. A short walk from the beach, Seagaze is a fantastic coastal holiday base for all.
The seaside resort of Youghal in County Cork is situated on the estuary where the River Blackwater meets the sea. Youghal offers historic 12th century town walls, and you may wish to swim, stroll or surf along the sandy beaches, take a cruise along the Blackwater River, take a guided tour of the town or simply relax and enjoy the pubs, cafes and restaurants.

"Lovely, comfortable house. There were 6 adults staying here, we were visiting for a family christening over a long weekend. Close enough to Youghal, though you probably need to hire a car as a good 4 mile walk along the beach. Denise, the owner was very welcoming and easy to contact if needed. Would definitely use again"
