Location
Heathfield is a detached cottage two miles from Schull near Ballydehob in County Cork. The cottage sleeps five people in three bedrooms which are made up of a double, a twin and a single room. Two of the bedrooms have a basin in the room and there is a further bathroom. Completing the accommodation is an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a solid fuel stove. Outside is off road parking for three cars, a rear lawned garden with a patio and an enclosed front lawned garden. Heathfield is ideally located for discovering this part of Ireland.
The pretty village of Schull is located in the South West of County Cork, between Ballydehob and Goleen. It offers a number of quaint little shops, welcoming Irish pubs, and fine restaurants. There is a harbour which is home to a number of boat operators offering fishing trips, wildlife excursions and sightseeing voyages, as well as a sailing club and ferries to nearby islands.

"We enjoyed a great weak at Heathfield. There is a stunningly beautiful view out of the sitting room window. It is great to watch the tide, birds and other animals. We loved the silence. A beautiful garden surrounds the cottage. We enjoyed the comfort of this newly renovated, well equipped and beautifully decorated house. We felt a warm welcome from the owners, who were ready to assist us with whatever was needed. Definitely a place we recommend."
