First floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Second floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Lower ground floor basin and WC. Lower ground floor kitchen with dining area (seats 6) and multi-fuel stove. Two ground floor sitting rooms (one with multi-fuel stove). Oil central heating with multi-fuel stoves. Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine in lower ground floor basin and WC, dishwasher, TV with Saorview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter packs for stoves inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking in front of cottage on first come, first serve basis. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: Property not suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Lucida House is a delightful mid-terrace property set in the centre of the town of Kilrush, County Clare. This cottage sleeps eight people in five bedrooms, consisting of two second floor doubles, one of which has an en-suite shower, a first floor double and two second floor singles, together with two bathrooms, one over the first floor and one on the second floor. The cottage also has a lower ground floor kitchen with dining area and multi-fuel stove and two sitting rooms, one of which has a multi-fuel stove. Outside there's roadside parking on a first come, first served basis. Lucida House is a charming Clare holiday home.

The coastal town of Kilrush is located near the mouth of the River Shannon in the south-west of County Clare. An historic town, one of the listed Heritage Towns of Ireland, Kilrush was once an important Shannon port and is today home to a modern Marina and Heritage Centre.

County Clare has so much on offer; boat trips, quirky pubs, seaside resorts and a great tradition for Irish music, all set amidst spectacular scenery such as the towering Cliffs of Moher and the fascinating landscape of The Burren.
