The single storey cottage has two double bedrooms (one of them with a king-size bed which can be a twin on request), and a shower room making it ideal for two couples. The village of Broadway is known as 'The Jewel of the Cotswolds' and nestles beneath the Worcestershire hills. One of the most beautiful villages in the Cotswolds, Broadway offers a superb range of shops, top class galleries, restaurants and hotels but is also steeped in history with its origins dating back to Roman times. The Lygon Arms has been popular for centuries, and now spa facilities can be enjoyed at pre-arranged times. Broadway serves as a great base for exploring the Cotswolds and surrounds with Stratford Upon Avon, Cheltenham Spa and Worcester within easy reach. With an abundance of National Trust properties, museums, beautiful walks and cycle trails this really is a great place for a relaxing holiday, all year round.

Visitors to the Cotswolds have long treasured memories of charming towns and villages built from the famous honey-coloured stone, it now boasts a thriving community of contemporary artists working from studios and shops throughout the area.

Reviews of Pennylands Willow Lodge

"We had a lovely stay at this beautiful lodge which is fully equipped with everything you will need. The view from the decking over the meadow is fabulous and full of wildlife. The lodge is completely private and peaceful but located within a 20 minute walk into Broadway with plenty of shops and restaurants. The rest of the Cotswolds is easily accessible by car. The owners are very welcoming and helpful. We would thoroughly recommend staying at this property. "

"We cannot rate Pennylands and the owners highly enough. The owners are extremely welcoming and everything at Willow Lodge is lovely. The grounds are kept in excellent order and the lodge has everything needed for a holiday. There is plenty to see and do in the surrounding area and the local village is just a 15 minute walk away. If peace and quiet in lovely English countryside in above standard accommodation is what is wanted then Pennylands is the place to go."

"We stayed as two couples for a week visiting National Trust and other gardens in the area. We like to cater for ourselves and the kitchen had everything we needed. Ensuite bathrooms (showers) were also good. Comfortable 3 piece suit, TV and Wifi were good. Beautiful views from the lounge, out door seating had the weather been better. Watched green wood peckers foraging on the field below Couple in the next lodge had a well behaved dog. Good parking and very quiet location. Broadway handy for shopping but a little too far for us oldies to walk for a meal after a day spent walking round gardens. Very central for lots of NT properties and lovely Cotswold villages"
