Welcome to The Lodge At Mortons. This modern newly constructed holiday home is situated in a rural location in the southern Cotswolds, near Malmesbury and Cirencester. It comfortably sleeps up to two people and baby in arms.

Accommodation

Accommodation is spread across one level. Ground floor open plan living area, kitchenette and dining area for two, with one bedroom finished to perfection in a small hamlet near Malmesbury. Entrance at ground floor through french doors that leads to a patio area with seating for 2 with stunning views of the countryside. Living room has a large comfortable sofa and smart tv. Well equipped kitchen area with two plate induction hob, oven, kettle, toaster and cafetiere. Small fridge (no ice box). Also note that there is no dishwasher, washing machine, iron or ironing board. Very modern and stylish en - suite walk in shower room, WC , heated towel rail and basin. Oak floor in living area and beautifully carpeted bedroom.. Well equipped studio; kitchen with two plate induction hob, oven and grill, small fridge (no ice box) and ample cupboard space in kitchen plus a dining table for two with chairs. Large comfortable sofa, plus smart TV. Free wifi and freeview. French doors that lead to a small patio area with seating for two with beautiful country views. Modern bedroom with bed side tables, side lamps, linen and towels incl within rent. Heating and electricity included also. The lodge is set to the left from the owners property ( it is very private ). No dogs allowed. Parking in front of property for two cars. Baby in arms Travel cot and high chair provided on request.

Location

The Lodge at Mortons is situated in classic, open rolling Cotswolds' countryside, south of Cirencester and within 50 mins of Bath. Well presented, very clean and ideal for two people. The property is all ground floor, with the entrance at ground floor and accessed through french doors from the patio area.. Breathtaking views from the living room with large sofa (good for reading). The Master Bedroom has a double bed, incredible views plus en - suite walk in shower room, WC and washbasin. Outside is a large garden, shared with the owners, but with a designated area for guests.

Nearest towns are Malmesbury and Cirencester. A charm-filled market town on the eastern fringes of the Cotswolds AONB. Cirencester boasts architecture both dramatic and quaint, with its stunning church and rows of quirky cottages. Discover a number of fine shops and eateries connected by a network of attractive streets. Also discover the Corinium Museum, displaying a collection of Roman remains found locally. A choice of immaculate parks offer a memorable summertime stroll. Venture into the Costwolds AONB to discover much activity, answering to everybody's needs. The ppretty market town of Malmesbury is located on a hilltop in the southern Cotswolds. Malmesbury is steeped in history and offers visitors over 400 listed buildings, a 15th century Market Cross, a ruined 7th century Benedictine abbey, an annual carnival and many independent shops, cafes and traditional pubs. Abbey House Gardens, home to 'The Naked Gardeners' can also be found in Malmesbury (Note: The gardeners are clothed during normal opening hours). Stroud is another character-packed market town within reach, ideal for a stroll at your leisure. The city of Gloucester is dominated by striking buildings while nearby Cheltenham is best known for its horse racing festival.
