Location

Top Barn is a detached barn-conversion resting in the village of Rishworth, near Ripponden in West Yorkshire. It houses four king-size beds with en-suite shower rooms and two king-size beds with en-suite bathroom. On the ground-floor you will find a kitchen/diner, a sitting room, a snug and a utility. Outside, there is ample off-road parking and a hot tub. Top Barn is a wonderful base for exploring with your loved ones.

Ripponden is a small village resting within the rural Pennine landscape, three miles from Sowerby Bridge, in the Ryburn Valley. Within the village you will find a small high street with shops, cafes, an award-winning restaurant, takeaways, several excellent pubs serving food and real ale. Close by you will find Rishworth Moor, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, where you will find rare animal and a series of ancient round barrow burial sites.

"Loads of space for 12 people: all bedrooms large and spacious, amazingly clean and tidy, large communal space too. Outdoor space for cars and kids, and great big hot tub !!! Perfect place for all my family to stay when visiting....I can see us booking this every year!!"
