Bathroom with roll-top bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Ground floor cloak room with WC and washbasin. 1 x ground floor bedroom with twin beds (zip/link to super king on request) and Single Sofa bed with en-suite shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with four oven electric AGA with gas hobs, open plan to sitting area with wood-burning style electric stove and smart-TV, and to dining room (seating 14). Utility room with American-style fridge-freezer and wine cooler. Large sitting room with wood burning stove and smart-TV, leading to separate snug.

The Long View is a spacious detached period cottage situated near the village of Heptonstall, West Yorkshire. To the outside is off-road parking for six cars, and a lawned garden with patio and furniture, and a hot tub. In the centre of the village are the two remaining pubs, the Cross Inn, believed to date from the early 17th century, and the White Lion. Nearby is the town of Hebden Bridge, while the area is a must for steam railway enthusiasts who will enjoy the thriving Worth Valley Railway. Heptonstall is one of West Yorkshire's best kept secrets; a wonderfully preserved village with a main street that has changed very little in the last 200 years.
