Location

Tatami is a lovely ground floor annexe attached to the owners' home, close to Hatton village and Warwick. This cottage sleeps four people and has a king-size double that can be a twin on request, a shower room and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with double sofa bed. Outside there's a side decked area with furniture and off road parking for one car. Tatami is a convenient base for a couple with plenty to see and do in this part of Warwickshire.

Situated in the heart of Shakespeare country, the small village of Hatton, with its Grand Union Canal and set of 21 locks, known as 'the stairway to heaven', quietly sits in beautiful, open countryside amidst leafy country lanes, and provides an abundance of walks and cycle routes for all abilities. The ever-popular attractions of Leamington Spa, with its magnificent Georgian and Victorian buildings, and Stratford-upon-Avon, the home of William Shakespeare, are within easy driving distance, whilst nearby Warwick, with its imposing medieval castle, offers a broad range of amenities to suit all needs. With many National Trust properties in the area, including Baddesley Clinton and Packwood House, as well as numerous country parks offering spectacular views in all directions and the beautiful unspoilt Cotswolds villages, this superb location has something for everyone at any time of year!
