All ground-floor. 1 x king-size double (zip/link can be twins on request). Shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area, breakfast island and sitting area with woodburning stove. Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire/stove inc. i n rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 2 to 3 cars at owner's property next door. Shared garden with views over canal. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. No smoking. Shop and pub 1.4 miles. Dogs must be on a lead when outside animals on-site. Note: Care to be taken in the garden, due to tree stumps and rabbit holes in the wood, and steep banks by the pond. Note: The cottage is immediately alongside the canal, if any guests have a boat, you may wish to moor alongside with a gate straight off the canal towpath. Note: Local boat hire available at close proximity to the property.

Close by, the town of Southam offers more amenities and there are many walks which can be enjoyed in the area including the Millennium Way, Oxford Canal Walk and Grand Union Canal Walk. Just a short drive away is Stratford-upon-Avon and you also have all the delights of the Cotswolds within easy reach.
