Boxford is a Suffolk town steeped in history and home to the oldest shop in England and a garage which claims to be the oldest garage in Europe. There is a selection of independent shops with a general store, coffee shop and three excellent pubs to choose from. The area is a popular one for cyclists with the official Cycle route passing through and a very active cycling club and a wonderful base for walkers to explore the endless network of footpaths.
