Reviews of Watermill Granary Barn

"We were the first paying visitors to the Granary Mill unbeknown to us on booking. Wonderful location for a relaxing holiday, barn conversation done to a very high standard all round, loved being able to sit on the balcony and watch the local barn owls - what a treat along with deer in the distance. as well as the daily visits from friendly grey wagtails, swans and of course the owners dogs. Great walks from the door including to pub (s) , we were lucky enough to have nice weather so to come back and spend an 1/2 hr in the Jacuzzi in the sun watching for otters was fabulous. Owners extremely helpful and friendly, keen to ensure our visit was going well with recommendations for places to visit and eat out. Would definitely recommend this cottage and would go back if we visit this area again. Went home feeling very chilled and relaxed."

"What can I say, this place is the perfect location, very peaceful area, the barn has been decorated to perfection and at a high standard very quirky lovely furniture, everything you wish for. Perfect for fishing as the river runs along side the barn, great hot tub to relax and view the sun set or while eating your picnic or BBQ that has just been cooked. Beds are so comfortable, best sleep I have had in years. lovely long or short walks and just to hang around and take in the views. We will most definitely return."
