Range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 4 cars. Farmhouse courtyard with lawned areas, patio furniture and hot tub. Enclosed private garden. Two well-behaved pets welcome, must be supervised all times.Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3.2 miles and two pubs, one less than 5 mins walk, one 10 mins walk. Note: Wi-Fi could be intermittent. Note: No stag/hen parties or similar.

"Spent Xmas 2019 week here from 21st until 27th with my family 2 adults 3 kids and our dog it was great from the start arrived to a lovely greeting from the very kind and thoughtful owner Rachel a lovely warm welcome was also left a welcome pack Prosecco on ice chocolates fresh bread bacon milk butter and eggs the cottage is beautiful just like the pictures was very clean and smelt beautiful as we were here for Xmas they had decorated the cottage soooo nice lovely tree and festive decorations the log burner and under floor heating gave this place that extra special feel so warm and cosy and the kids loved the hot tub nice rural surroundings and a nice pub less than 10 min walk dog friendly too no none of us wanted to come home wish we had stayed longer this place is perfect for families /couples / friends we will definitely return our best Xmas yet."
