Note: Cottage is on a working farm, some farm traffic to be expected.

Location

Stable Barn is a semi-detached barn conversion on a working farm in Wetton, close to good walking and cycling. The cottage has a double and a twin room along with a shower room upstairs. Downstairs is a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with an electric woodburner-effect fire. Outside, there is off road parking for two cars and a front courtyard with a bench. Stable Barn is perfectly placed for the village pub serving food, walking and cycling, or for enjoying the Peak District's many pretty towns, villages and stately homes.

Wetton is situated in an elevated position at the most westerly extent of the Chatsworth estate in the Peak District National Park. Located off the beaten track, the village boasts a fine old inn and a 14th century church.
