Welcome to Glebe House. This character cottage is in the village of Wookey in Somerset and can sleep five people within its three bedrooms.

Three bedrooms: 1 x double with en-suite shower room with shower, WC and basin, 1 x twin with en-suite shower room with shower, WC and basin and 1 x single. Family bathroom with bath, shower, WC and basin. Separate WC and basin. Kitchen with dining space. Sitting room. Oil central heating. Woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books and games. Charcol supplied BBQ. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Parking for two cars - one space in courtyard (off road) and one space at the front of the house on a village street. Enclosed courtyard and garden shared with neighbour and owner. Sorry, no smoking. Sorry no pets. Pub 5 minute walk, shop 1.5 miles. Note: Garden has a small stream at one end, children to be supervised. Note: Owners providing starter pack for BBQ, if you need additional charcoal you will need to supply this. Note: Wood for woodburner is available in the garage.

Glebe House is a lovely cottage situated in the village of Wookey near Wells in Somerset. It can sleep five people within its three bedrooms, two of which have en suite shower rooms and there is also a family bathroom. Downstairs there is a sitting room and a large kitchen with dining area. Outside there is an enclosed garden that is shared with a neighbour, as well as off-road parking for one car and roadside parking for another. Glebe House is a property full of character in a peaceful countryside location.

The smallest city in the UK, Wells is a fascinating historic centre surrounded by beautiful countryside. Its spectacular Cathedral was built over the space of three hundred years and has been described as 'the most poetic of the English Cathedrals'. Adjoining the Cathedral is Vicars Close, home to the oldest complete medieval street in Europe, and the quaint market square offers an array of interesting shops, boutiques and restaurants, and a colourful twice-weekly market. The moated Bishop's Palace is another popular heritage site, it has been home to the Bishop's of Wells and Bath for over 800 years and boasts 14 acres of beautiful gardens. Nearby are the popular attractions of Wookey Hole Caves and Cheddar Gorge, both offering great family days out. The beautiful city of Bath, with its Roman Baths, Thermae Bath Spa, The Theatre Royal and wonderful shops, is under 30 miles away, as is the vibrant city of Bristol, which boasts a multitude of attractions, including The Zoo, Theatres, the Aquarium, the Arnol Fini Art Gallery and many more. All in all, this beautiful city makes a convenient and ideal base for touring this area. With so much to see and do, there is something to keep everyone entertained!
