Reviews of Coach House

"Anna and David are such warm, kind hosts. The cottage was spotless with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The children (7 and 10) loved their room and playing with Anna and David's 2 very well behaved Jack Russells! The location is extremely close to Wookey hole (where we spent an entire day) as well as Cheddar, with beaches at Burnham on sea and Weston a slightly longer drive (35 min or so). Our favourite part was relaxing on the patio with a glass of wine, enjoying the amazing view of the Mendip hills and the peacefulness of the setting. Great value and a really lovely stay - thank you Anna & David!"

"We had a very comfortable stay in the Coach House. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful. The cottage was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The views from the cottage were beautiful and the area was very quiet and peaceful. There are many places of interest nearby so finding things to do is simple. We particularly liked Wells, a short drive away. I would heartily recommend a stay at The Coach House. "

"Stayed for a week in this delightful cottage in April 2016. The owners Anna & David welcomed us when we arrived, and showed us around the cottage, and explained how things worked i.e. heating etc. The cottage is at the end of the drive and situated between the back of the Farmhouse and the wonderful garden. This cottage certainly gets the best views of the garden and paddocks - wonderful - beyond the gardens across the valley you can see the Mendip Hills - stunning!! Loads of bird life can be seen from the private patio area or from the lounge patio window. As the cottage is at the end of the drive, it is very quiet, with no road noise - blissful!! The cottage has everything you need, and was presented to a good standard throughout. The cottage is in a great location, with Wedmore only 10 minutes down the road, Glastonbury 20 minutes away, Wells 10 minutes away and Chedder Gorge 25 minutes away."
