Outside there's roadside parking, a private patio and a shared lawned garden with patios, furniture and barbecue. Bracken is a lovely romantic base, at any time of the year.
The village of Compton Dundon is situated close to the towns of Somerton and Glastonbury in Somerset. Compton Dundon has a Post Office, church and a pub, and just outside of the village is an iron age hill fort. Just three miles away is the delightful, historic Somerset market town of Somerton, once the ancient capital of Wessex, bordering the scenic Somerset Levels.
