One Superking size double (zip and link, can be twin on request). Shower over bath, basin and WC. Open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Electric heating. Washing machine, fridge with ice-box, Electric cooker, microwave. Smart 32" TV/DVD combi, WiFi (Note slow speed in area), selection of books, games and classic DVDs. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Electric power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Off-road parking for two cars. Front garden with seating. Enclosed rear garden, patio with furniture. Two well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Shop and pub within 1.5 miles. Notes: Mobile signal can be patchy in the area and broadband speed is quite slow. There are short flights of steps from the driveway up to the cottage. Cattle are sometimes in the field behind us which the footpath runs through. The multifuel stove pictured behind the dining table is not in use. Note - Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 10am

The town is the ideal base for exploring the surrounding area, with miles of quiet country lanes with footpaths, ideal for walkers and cyclists to explore.
