Fuel and power inc. in rent. Fuel for fire available from local store. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Stairgate, travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 1 car. Private front seating area and rear courtyard, both with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 5 mins walk. Note: Two steps down into kitchen from dining room. Note - Property unable to accept bookings taken within 5 days of Holiday date. Note - No work groups. Note: There is a pub in walking distance ( 5-10 mins)

Location

St Margaret's Cottage is a wonderful, semi-detached period cottage on a quiet little single-track lane in Tatworth, a village near the town of Chard in Somerset. The cottage has two bedrooms upstairs, a double and a twin, plus a bathroom to sleep up to four people. There is a galley-style kitchen on the ground floor, along with a dining room with a woodburner-style gas fire and a sitting room with stairs upstairs. At the front of the cottage is a private seating area and a rear courtyard both with furniture, along with off road parking for one car. Close to the borders of Dorset and Devon, with lovely walks nearby, St Margaret's Cottage is a wonderful base for a family holiday.

Tatworth is a delightful village, located near to the borders of Dorset and Devon. Sometimes referred to as South Chard, Tatworth has many attractive buildings and local cycle routes and walks available.

The bedrooms were very well presented with lots of lovely details, we can't wait to book again for next year, we had a fantastic time! It would be perfect for families or couples looking to escape, the owners clearly have put a lot of thought into making this a holiday cottage you'd want to return to year after year!"
