Gas oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, TV with Netflix, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available. Ample off-road parking. Private enclosed garden to the rear with patio furniture and hot tub. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Pub 2 mins walk, shop 1 mile. Note: Stream at edge of garden, this is fenced off, however, children still need to be supervised at all times. Note: There is a fishing pool available with carp. The owner provides a day ticket at an extra cost
