All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size double with en-suite shower, sauna, basin and WC, 1 x twin. Bathroom with shower over, basin and WC. Open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Underfloor heating. Electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, DVD player, radio, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed garden with hot tub, outdoor furniture, BBQ, sun loungers. Shared, indoor heated swimming pool. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 min walk. Note: The shared swimming pool can be booked for private use a week in advance for half an hour at a time per property. Note: This lodges is on one level with a instep in each door way of 3.5 cm, ramps are available upon request. No stag/hen or similar

To the outside is off-road parking and an enclosed garden with a hot tub, outdoor furniture, BBQ, sun loungers and the shared, indoor heated swimming pool is well-appointed for each of the chalets. Yew Lodge is perfect for a getaway in a beautiful corner of the UK.

The rural village of Greetham is positioned some six miles from the town of Oakham, close to Rutland Water, where you will find many outdoors activities and watersports for all. The village itself has two pubs, a village shop and the Greetham Valley Golf Club. The Georgian market town of Stamford is also easily reached from here and the cities of Leicester and Nottingham are also worth a visit.
