All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x twin. Bathroom with shower over, sauna, basin and WC. Open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Underfloor heating. Electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, DVD player, radio, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed garden with hot tub, outdoor furniture, BBQ, sun loungers and a pod sauna. Shared, indoor heated swimming pool. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 min walk. Note: The shared swimming pool can be booked for private use a week in advance for half an hour at a time per property. Note: This lodges is on one level with a instep in each door way of 3.5 cm, ramps are available upon request. No stag/hen or similar

The county Rutland village of Greetham is positioned in a lovely part of the country, some six miles from the town of Oakham. It is also close to Rutland Water, which hosts many outdoors activities, while the village itself has two pubs, a village shop and the Greetham Valley Golf Club. The Georgian market town of Stamford is also easily reached from here and the cities of Leicester and Nottingham are also worth a visit.
