All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x twin. Bathroom with shower over, Sauna, basin and WC. Open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Underfloor heating. Electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, DVD player, radio, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed garden with hot tub, outdoor furniture, BBQ, sun loungers. Shared, indoor heated swimming pool. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 min walk. Note: The shared swimming pool can be booked for private use a week in advance for half an hour at a time per property. Note: This lodges is on one level with a instep in each door way of 3.5 cm, ramps are available upon request. No stag/hen or similar

It occupies two bedrooms; a king-size double with en-suite shower room and a twin, sleeping four people. There is also a shower room, an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, while the outdoor space has off-road parking and an enclosed garden with a hot tub, outdoor furniture, BBQ, sun loungers. The shared, indoor heated swimming pool is perfect for an invigorating swim after a long walk. Sycamore Lodge offers a welcoming base on return from each of your Rutland adventures.

This rural village is situated in the county of Rutland, some six miles from the town of Oakham. Greetham is close to Rutland Water, hosting many outdoors activities and the village also has two pubs, a village shop and the Greetham Valley Golf Club. The Georgian market town of Stamford is also easily reached from here and the cities of Leicester and Nottingham are also worth a visit.

"The cabin was well appointed with quality fixtures and fittings but the beds were terrible, cheap mattresses and so uncomfortable,spoilt the stay and left a day early."
