All ground floor. 1 x king-size double with freestanding bath and en-suite walk-in shower, sauna, basin and WC. Open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Underfloor heating. Electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, DVD player, radio, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking available. Enclosed garden with hot tub, outdoor furniture, BBQ and sun loungers. Shared, indoor heated swimming pool. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 min walk. Note: The shared swimming pool can be booked for private use a week in advance for half an hour at a time per property. Note: This lodges is on one level with a instep in each door way of 3.5 cm, ramps are available upon request. No stag/hen or similar.

This rural village is nestled in the county of Rutland, some six miles from Oakham and very close to Rutland Water. It has a warm and friendly atmosphere, two pubs, a village shop and the Greetham Valley Golf Club. The Georgian market town of Stamford is also easily reached from here, thought to be one of the finest, stone towns in England. The Midlands is packed with fascinating towns and cities that are worth visiting, including Nottingham and Leicester.
