Oven, larder fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave, tumble dryer/air dryer in the garage. TV, DVD, WIFI. Fuel and power inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Travel cot available. Please note on the first section of the stair case has no hand rail, there is a beam to hold onto, on the left on way up and on the right on the way down. Shared small paved area next to village pond. Bike storage available. Off road parking for 1 large and 1 small car, ample roadside parking. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 1 mile.

Location

Charmingly situated next to the village duck pond, it is within walking distance of the village pub and the beautifully landscaped gardens and lakes of Wroxton Abbey (College), which offer lovely walks through the grounds. You will enter into a heavily beamed sitting/dining room with inglenook fireplace containing an electric woodburning effect stove. Fully fitted well equipped, practical kitchen with a downstairs bathroom with bath and sliding door to separate w.c. and shower cubicle. Please note on the first section of the stair case has no hand rail, there is a beam to hold on the left on way up and on the right on the way down. The main bedroom with double bed affording view of the village pond is nice to unwind in front of in Spring Cottage.
