Location

The Lodge is a charming detached property resting in the village of Bampton in Oxfordshire. Hosting two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both with en-suite, this retreat can sleep up to four people. Inside, you will also find a kitchen and an open plan sitting and dining area with a woodburner. To the outside, is off road parking for three cars and a lawned garden with furniture and a hot tub. Located amongst delightful farmland, The Lodge is a cosy cottage in a heart warming part of England.

The village of Bampton lies in the Thames Valley in the southern Cotswolds, amidst beautiful Oxfordshire countryside. Bampton is one of the oldest villages in England boasting a village shop, Post Office, and traditional pubs serving real ales, all set around a pretty market square. Ancient customs can still be experienced with the regular morris dancing festivities, which have been enjoyed for over 600 years.

Visitors to the Cotswolds have long treasured memories of charming towns and villages built from the famous honey-coloured stone, it now boasts a thriving community of contemporary artists working from studios and shops throughout the area.
