Reviews of Mill Cottage

"We have just had a wonderful week at Mill Cottage. It has been beautifully renovated. The owners have equipped the cottage with everything you could possibly need whilst on a self catering holiday. We walked in to find Mill Cottage was decorated for Christmas with a real tree and Garland round the stair case and bookshelf. We even found a present under the tree. Our daughter a huge horse fan enjoyed watching the horses trotting about in the field, we even saw Eddie the Emu. It's lovely sitting at the juliet balcony watching the river flow by. We were lucky enough to see the kingfisher which our daughter named Kevin! The cottage is ideally situated for a short walk to Edwinstowe high street. We had breakfast in Fables coffee shop. The food is amazing, definitely recommend the cheeky bacon butty and the cinnamon Danish. The cottage is immaculate and tastefully decorated. The upside down design really compliments the location and views. It is ideally situated for exploring the local area, however we just loved sitting watching the river and wildlife. It's a shame we can't keep this place to ourselves. It really is perfect! We will certainly be staying again."
