Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Garage parking for 1 car with additional off road parking for 3 cars. Lockable bike storage in garage. Rear lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 5 miles, pub 2 mins walk. Note: Children aged 10 and over only. Sleepy Willows is a charming, brick-built detached property, located in the small village of Husthwaite, nestling below the White Horse of Kilburn, just three miles from the market town of Easingwold. It sleeps eight people in four bedrooms, one king-size double with en-suite shower facilities, one double and two twins. There is also a bathroom and a ground floor shower room, as well as a kitchen with a dining area, a utility and a sitting room with a gas stove. Outside there is room for one car in the garage with also has storage space for bikes and there are a further three off road parking spaces, as well as a garden with a patio, furniture and barbecue. The village boasts a village shop for supplies and Easingwold is home to some lovely independent shops and traditional inns. With the beautiful North York Moors, Dales and east coast resorts also all within touring distance, Sleepy Willows is an ideal base from which to enjoy a well-earned break in lovely surroundings.
The small historic village of Husthwaite lies on the edge of the North York Moors National Park, overlooking the Vale of York. Picturesque and peaceful, the village is a perfect introduction to "Herriot Country", and boasts a pub, a beautiful old Norman church and many fine old houses.
The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms, along with the rest of the house, is immaculate. We had a great weekend."
