Location

The Stable is a charming holiday hideaway, perfect for small groups seeking the beautiful surrounding area, with the popular town of Whitby within easy reach.
The village of Aislaby is located in the beautiful rolling countryside of the Esk Valley, overlooking Sleights and just three miles from Whitby. A small rural village, quiet and secluded, Aislaby is a thriving community of pretty sandstone cottages clustered around a main street and a thriving community served by the old church and Forge Inn. A wonderful base for exploring the North York Moors and Coast.
The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

"An excellent location and a really nice, well-equipped cottage to stay in. The friendly and helpful owner was on-site. It was good that we could take the dog with us, and it was a very dog-friendly area in general, we could take him almost everywhere with us. Most beaches had areas where we could take the dog."
