Shared lawned garden accessed via 7 steps with furniture, plus shared, level lawned gardens with sea views, covered ponds and seating. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2.5 miles, pub 1 mile. Note: Property lies at the side of the A171.

Location

The Stable is a character, semi-detached cottage set on a small site of three properties, in glorious North Yorkshire countryside near Aislaby. With two bedrooms, including one on the ground floor, a shower room and a ground floor WC, this cottage can sleep four people. There is also an open plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area, while outside, there is a shared lawned garden accessed up a seven steps, and off road parking for one car. The Stable is a charming holiday hideaway, perfect for small groups seeking the beautiful surrounding area, with the popular town of Whitby within easy reach.

The village of Aislaby is located in the beautiful rolling countryside of the Esk Valley, overlooking Sleights and just three miles from Whitby. A small rural village, quiet and secluded, Aislaby is a thriving community of pretty sandstone cottages clustered around a main street and a thriving community served by the old church and Forge Inn. A wonderful base for exploring the North York Moors and Coast.

The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.
