Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin, 1 x sofabed in the ground floor garden room. Bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC, Ground floor cloakroom. Kitchen/diner. Garden room with dining area. Sitting room with open fire. Oil fired central heating with open fire. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and supply of fuel for open fire on honesty box basis. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking within village green area (50 yards) but can load and offload outside property. Bike storage in locked garage attached to the property. Rear garden and patio area with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 2 mins walk. Note: There is a set of original stone stairs in the sitting room, which lead nowhere so not to be used. Note: There are 4 steps down into the sitting room and also two steps down into the twin bedroom. Location

Croft Cottage is a stone-built holiday let nestled in the Dales village of Linton, near Grassington. It comprises two bedrooms; a king-size double and a twin, with a sofa in the ground floor garden room, sleeping five people altogether. There is also a bathroom, ground floor cloakroom, kitchen/diner, summer room with dining area and sitting room with open fire. To the exterior is off-road parking for one car and roadside parking within the village green, just 50 yards away. There is also a rear garden, with patio area and furniture.

Linton is a picturesque village within the Yorkshire Dales National Park. The stone houses clustered around the central green date from the 17th and 18th Century. Close to Linton Falls on the River Wharfe, is a superb walking area, with many paths to other villages, and easy access to the limestone fells. The market town of Skipton and its medieval castle is a short drive away, and many other historic places including Bronte Country, Castle Howard, the elegant spa town of Harrogate, racing at Ripon and the majestic medieval city of York within easy motoring distance.
