Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 1 car with permit and additional parking nearby. Private seating area with table and chairs to front of property overlooking river. Extensive shared lawned garden, woodland and wetland grounds including picnic/BBQ area (BBQ not supplied). Fishing rights on approximately 800 yards of river frontage directly from property. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Farm shop 5 mins walk, pub 1.2 miles. Please note the owner can only accommodate a minimum 4 night stay during December 2019 and January 2020.

The Dales village of Airton is situated in Malhamdale, amidst open limestone countryside. The village boasts a popular farm shop and tea room at Town End Farm, which is renowned for selling local produce. It is a great starting point for walkers, with a route along the Pennine Way into Malhamdale, or you may wish to walk from Gargrave to Malham, via Kirkby Malham. Malham Cove is close by, one of Britain's most impressive natural features and well worth a visit, as well a s Gorsdale Scar and Janet's Foss.
