Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, additional freezer (in garage), washing machine, tumble dryer (in garage), dishwasher, 2 x TVs (one with Freeview and one with YouView Entertainment,DVD, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture, garden games available such as croquet. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: There?s a step between the kitchen and snug.

The cottage also has a kitchen with dining area, a sitting room with open fire and a snug. There is also a separate laundry room. Outside there's off road parking for two cars and an enclosed lawned garden with patio. Humpty Dumpty Cottage is an excellent base for families and friends to explore the area.

Cawood is a small, picturesque village just a 20 minute drive from the historic city of York. Situated on the banks of the River Ouse, Cawood has a shop, a Post Office, a charming 16th century inn, a Norman church and riverside walks. Within a short distance is York with its famous minster, castle walls and beautiful architecture.

The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.
