"Booked last minute through Sykes...... Won't be using them again at 70 quid booking charge. The cottage was clean but smelled of stale smoke and the outside area was not great in fact it was a little depressing. I am probably being a little mean but it just wasn't to my taste but then again most of comments in the guest book rated it. It was close to a great beach and a really nice pub but nothing much else going for it.....left a day early."

"We really enjoyed our three week stay at Yeoman Terrace in May of this year. It's a sweet little cottage, just perfect for two, three or four people! Great bathroom and shower, lovely little kitchen and eating area, cosy lounge. Parking is available on a back street, quite conveniently close to the cottage. Beautifully quiet yet walking distance to several very good pubs. Highly recommended! My only caveat is that there is absolutely no internet access. This is not the fault of the proprietors, but the house and indeed most of Marske seems to fall in an internet black spot, so that even mobile phones can't access it. If this doesn't matter to you, than this cosy, clean little self-catering house is perfect for you!"

"We holiday in Saltburn at least twice a year at this owners other property Victoria Cottage. This was a last minute extra holiday and we wondered how this cottage would compare. We were delighted with the comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated cottage which was equally cosy and welcoming. It was nice to be away from the main road and the neighbours were very friendly. It was also ideally located for shops, beach and the pub!"
