Had the best nights sleep in the double bed, but be prepared the single beds mattress have been sat on a little too much on the sides, so unless you lay in the middle you may tip off!. Its lovely and spacious, a lovely enclosed garden front and back. The owner is really nice. Piercebridge Roman fort was only a very sort walk away. On Orange and o2 there was basically no phone signal at all. The organic farm shop sells the papers."

She was so lovely and friendly. When she left it was just like being in our own little piece of heaven...set back from the road, huge and secure front garden and driveway...great enclosed back garden....secluded and very peaceful !! Inside was cosy, clean and very well presented. Great walks around the area, plenty to do but ultimately a fantastic retreat to just relax...read a book...dog was safe to wander in gardens...glass of wine...fab !!
