There are many small towns nearby including Hingham - very nice - it is not even that far from the coast, Cromer and Sheringham. Also so many good eating places - something for everyone."

"The barn is a delightful conversion, done to an excellent standard. The photographs do not really show how large and comfy the cottage is. Two patio areas, all charmingly landscaped for bees and butterflies. Garden furniture is substantial, with lovely views across the fields. A great place to tour from, or to sit down quietly with a book. We recommend this lovely, welcoming property."

"The home was exceptionally well decorated, clean and comfortable. The owners were friendly and helpful, although we didn't need to contact them as the cottage had all we needed and everything ran smoothly. The location was peaceful, in the beautiful grounds of the owners' home, and was centrally located for Norfolk attractions with Norwich 9 or 10 miles away. The weather was lovely all week which made our holiday all the more enjoyable. Sandringham was a superb day out - would definitely recommend the restaurant. Biggest disappointment was being unable to park in Holt to look round, despite trying a couple of times; there were just too many cars in and out of the town."
