Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Courtyard with lawned area. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: The staircase in the property is steep, so may not be suitable.

"second visit to this lovely cottage. This is a perfect place to go and relax, Stixwould is a tiny village very quiet with lovely walks nearby especially if you have a dog. The cottage has everything you need including decent WiFi, Separate utility room with big fridge/freezer,washer and tumble drier.There is also a small fridge/freezer in the kitchen which is more than enough. It was lovely and warm in the cottage considering the weather was quite cold. We also had the best welcome pack ever. The owners Dave and Julie are a lovely couple who do everything they can to make your stay as nice as possible."

"So glad we chose this place. The cottage has loads of room. A separate outside utility room and toilet which is always good to have. Lots of storage, decent wi fi, very clean and the best welcome pack we have ever had. The garden is huge with 2 separate seating areas both with large table and chairs one is a patio and the other is lawn. Very secure if you have a dog. This is a cottage that had everything you could possibly think of. Woodhall spa is just 2 miles away with a nice shopping area. We were very close to lovely walks including the Viking way and water rail walk. It was nice to meet the owner Julie who was really friendly and I know this is somewhere we will come back to time and again."
