All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin (can be bolted together to make a super king-size double on request). Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen. Sitting room with fold-away dining table. LPG central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, TV with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Secure bike storage. Gravelled front patio with furniture and inflatable hot tub. Coarse fishing (license required) available. Fishing carrying buggy and bait fridge available. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 4 miles. Pub next door. Note: Due to the unfenced fishing lake 80 yards away, care should be taken, children to be supervised and no dogs allowed in this area. Note: A private toilet block used by the Caravan Club is adjacent to the cottage. Note: Fishing is available at additional cost.

The cottage has a double room, and a twin room which can also be offered as a super king-size double on request, along with a shower room. There is a kitchen, and a sitting room with fold-away table. Outside is off road parking for two cars, a front gravelled patio with furniture, and coarse fishing is available. Bainside Holiday Lodge is well placed for enjoying the area's aviation history, country lanes, city of Lincoln or trips to the coast.
Woodhall Spa is a leafy little village in the foothills of the Lincolnshire Wolds, designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Once considered an 'Inland Resort', it is the home of the English Golf Union and has two outstanding golf courses, plus plenty of interesting shops, pubs and restaurants. There is a heated open air swimming pool and a range of sports and leisure facilities, woodland walks, a children's play area, and even a small, quirky cinema. The town of Horncastle, a major antiques centre, is just 6 miles away, and Tattershall Lakes Country Park is ideal for fishing and with an array of watersports, is just a 10 minute drive away. The Roman city of Lincoln is only 20 miles away, and the East coast a leisurely 35 minute drive. There are some great cycle routes nearby or you can just relax in an idyllic country village environment.
From rolling countryside to historic cathedral cities and traditional seaside resorts, Lincolnshire offers a peaceful alternative to the discerning holidaymaker.

"We actually stayed in the pod on site not in the lodge but I can only describe the site as faultless, lovely clean small site with great fishing and a beautiful pub next door, very quiet with fantastic owners that couldn't do enough for you. Would certainly recommend, with plenty to do within a short drive. 5 star"
