Open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an Electric Woodburning stove. Utility. Gas central heating. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Ample off-road parking. Enclosed veranda with garden furniture and barbecue. Note: Private fishing is included in the price of renting The Lake House. The lake is well stocked. The lakes have been designed with the pleasure angler in mind. The sides slope gently away towards the lake bed which has been contoured and sculptured to different depths to provide more interesting features for both fish and angler. Location

The Lake House is a wonderful lodge nestled on Wagtail Country Park near the village of Marston in Lincolnshire. To the exterior is ample off-road parking and an enclosed decked verandah with garden furniture and a barbecue. The Lake House is surrounded by wildlife and countryside, offering the perfect base for couples, a family or friends.

The small village of Marston lies in the South Kesteven district of Lincolnshire, with a Grade I listed Anglican parish church dedicated to St Mary, and of 12th-century origin. The village also boasts a church hall, the Thorold Arms public house and a fishery, as well as The Ramada Resort hotel. Newark-on-Trent is a market town to the north of Marston, in the Sherwood District of Nottinghamshire, boasting one of the finest Georgian market squares in the UK. Grantham is the nearest large town in the heart of Lincolnshire, with a fine Gothic guildhall and pretty riverside walks.
