This well equipped detached modern bungalow offers accommodation with modern furnishings and fittings including a cosy sitting room, two relaxing bedrooms, and a well proportioned fitted kitchen with dining area and patio doors opening out onto a large conservatory with comfy sofas. The peaceful South Lincolnshire village of Old Leake sits in attractive countryside and offers a shop, three pubs, a Post Office, sports field and a children's playground. The village nestles on the edge of the Fens and its bulb fields and windmill sails have earned it the name of the 'Holland of England' - Trader Windmill, a working mill now run by English Heritage, can be seen four miles away in Sibsey. The market town of Spilsby is nine miles away, and here visitors can find a good selection of shops, restaurants and inns. The wonderful coastline, Fens and rolling hills of the Wolds offer walking and cycling opportunities. Many attractions and interesting destinations can be accessed from Old Leake, including the former WWII airfield at East Kirkby which is now an Aviation Heritage centre; the bustling market town of Boston; the seaside resort of Skegness and the antique lover's paradise of Horncastle.

From rolling countryside to historic cathedral cities and traditional seaside resorts, Lincolnshire offers a peaceful alternative to the discerning holidaymaker.
