Reviews of Squirrels Leap

"Exactly as the other reviews describe. Really tidy and pristine, safe for well behaved kids but still a gorgeous couples getaway too. Tried the hot tubs 'full works', but in the end we turned the Jets and lights off and just chilled to the sounds of the stream under a clear starry night. Lovely walks, top Chinese takeaway delivery and perfect setting."

"Me and my partner stayed here for a weekend recently, it is the most peaceful and picturesque place for a couples retreat. On arrival we were welcomed with a bottle of prosecco, which was a lovely surprise. Squirrels Leap is like a home from home and the pictures dont do it justice. We would highly reccomend this special place to everyone."

"This is a really well done conversion and the photos don't do it justice. We were met by the owner on arrival and got a tour of the property, explaining how things worked. They had obviously spent a lot of time making this place look and feel cottagey but contemporary and it works. What make it even more special are the personal touches fresh flowers and a home made cake, really impressed us. The drive in felt a bit built up but the location couldn't be more rural. The view from the hot tub is nothing but trees, fields, open skys and the odd sheep. We would highly recommend this place and would like to thank the owners for making us feel really welcome and hope they have many more very happy customers. "
