Shared use of external utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lockable storage. Front decking with furniture, surrounding shared lawn. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Property accessible by a drive which leads up to the property or by steps if preferred. Note: Children aged 12 years and over only.

Location

The Lodge is a detached cabin in the Kent village of Culverstone Green. It offers two double bedrooms and a family shower room, it can sleep up to four people. The interior also comes with an open-plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. To the outside you will find off road parking for two cars, a front decking with furniture and a shared surrounding lawn area, as well as an external shared launderette. The Lodge is a stylish cottage in an excellent location for exploring the four home counties.

Culverstone Green offers a choice of amenities. This area is ideal for exploring the Medway. Rochester has a castle, a cathedral and Guildhall museum. Chatham offers Upnor Castle on the river, and the historic dockyard, with maritime heritage attractions including; war ships, galleries and museums. The area has nature reserves, country parks, National Trust and English Heritage properties and Brands Hatch circuit. Within distance you can explore Canterbury. The shopping centres at Bluewater and Lakeside are within driving distance and London is a half an hour train ride away.
