Note: Property isn't suitable for babies or children under 12 years of age.
Location
Sunset is a superb two bedroom apartment residing in the village of Totland on the Isle of Wight. It comprises of two lovely double bedrooms and a shower room. There is also a well-appointed kitchen and an open-plan sitting room with dining area and electric fire. Outside is a large outdoor area at the front with a barbecue and a chimenea with sun loungers and ample off-road parking. Sunset is a beautifully presented cottage ideal for couples, a small family or friends to enjoy its tropical surroundings.
The village of Totland rests on the west side of the Isle of Wight's coast, offering visitors local shops and pubs and coastal scenery. The nearby beaches of both Totland and Colwell Bay offer a range of activities whilst Freshwater has a golf course, public swimming pool and walks along the Tennyson Trail. Take a chair lift from Alum Bay and enjoy the views across the sand cliffs to the famous 'Needles' chalk stacks and lighthouse beyond, or explore the streets, castle and harbour at Yarmouth.

"Very little impressed us. The image created in the agent's advertisement was grossly misleading. The kitchen is small and the cooker unfathomable. The shower couldn't be used as the taps were inoperable due to hot water causing them to seize up.One of the two bedrooms had a faulty bed which collapsed on the first night. Access from the parking area was somewhat perilous in negotiating the flight of concrete steps, particularly at the top as there was no hand rail. All in all ,one of our worst holidays!"

"A lovely warm welcome from owners Scott and Dawn. Spacious & spotlessly clean accommodation with everything you need plus a hot tub. Walking distance from Totland beach & the Water Front Restaurant, excellent base to go & explore the Island. Can't recommend the accommodation more highly."

"A beautifully restored period property, spacious rooms and great quality furnishings. With the beach nearby and lovely walks - the perfect retreat. The owners couldn't be nicer and we came away happy and relaxed. Will definitely return!"
