Sitting room with dining area and woodburner. Electric central heating with woodburner and underfloor heating in the kitchen. Electric oven and hob, combi microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, Blu-ray, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking in private car park roughly 100 metres away. Guests can load and offload luggage on grass by cottage. Enclosed patio garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Beach 5 mins walk. Note: Check-in 4pm. Please note there are 8 to 10 steps at front to access property with a hand rail to one side. No disabled access.

The award-winning beaches of both Totland and Colwell Bay offer a range of activities, whilst a pretty footpath will take you to Freshwater in ten minutes where you will find its golf course and public swimming pool. the sand cliffs to the famous 'Needles' chalk stacks and lighthouse beyond.
