Gas central heating with underfloor heating in bathrooms. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 4 x Smart TVs with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Off road parking for 3 cars. Front lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 6 mins walk. Beach 8 mins walk. Note: The master bedroom has a galleried balcony overlooking the sitting area, children must be supervised. Note: Check-in 4pm. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is off road parking for three cars and a patio with furniture and BBQ. Situated on the west side of the Isle of Wight, 1 Church House is a fantastic family cottage all year round.
The village of Totland rests in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the west side of the Isle of Wight's beautiful coast, offering visitors local shops and pubs and spectacular unspoilt coastal scenery. The award-winning beaches of both Totland and Colwell Bay offer a range of activities, whilst Freshwater with its golf course and public swimming pool is an excellent starting point for walks along the Tennyson Trail.
The Isle of Wight, with its beaches, unspoiled scenery, rich heritage and over 500 miles of award-winning public footpaths is a walker's paradise, or if sailing is your thing, the renowned annual Cowes Week is not to be missed.

"What a superb holiday let. As a group of six (three couples) we have booked various holiday cottages/lets in the UK, often at New Year. None have come close to the originality of 1 Church House and many have failed to be kitted out to such a high standard. All rooms are well thought out, we stayed in the mezzanine bedroom above the living area which was very comfortable and spacious with a good sized on suite. Waking up to the huge stained glass window was an experience in itself. Our friends found the ground floor bedrooms to be very adequate. The lounge/dining area is comfortable and the kitchen well supplied, although the smoke alarms are over sensitive! I can't recommend this property highly enough."

"We liked the area and the closeness to a very nice beach and good local shops, which were both just a short walk away. It is conveniently close to the ferry. We all enjoyed staying in such an unusual property, such a clever conversion. My 2 year old granddaughter thought we were staying in a Castle. Magical!"

All the beds were comfy and really felt like a home away from home Nice walk down to the beach and a few local shops all within 2 mins Drive Would recommenced this amazing rental , the best we have ever stayed in"
