Reviews of The Stables

"The description of The Stables is all true. We had a lovely week despite the appalling weather. It was nice to get back to somewhere warm and comfortable after a damp or wet day out. We had hoped to have a barbecue or two on the lovely terrace but as I have said the weather was against us. Thank goodness for numerous National Trust properties in the area. We enjoyed them all. The Mappa Mundi at Hereford Cathedral was inspiring. A longer trip to Stratford on Avon for the theatre was well worth the journey."

"Rented both The Stables and the adjoining Tack Room over the Christmas period and descended with family, dogs, presents and food to find the place impeccably clean and beautifully warm, with fully stocked kitchens and a Christmas tree! It was wonderful to let the kids and dog run free and explore and whilst we didn't venture very far afield it being Christmas the absolute highlight of our trip was when Sarah invited us to a local Nativity/carol service on Christmas Eve complete with hay bales and live animals - it was absolutely magical.... Wouldn't hesitate to recommend, fabulous trip."

"The Cottage was fantastically situated in between Hereford and Leominster with plenty to see and do. We visited Berrington Hall and nearby Bromyard which were both lovely. The cottage itself was clean and spacious. The living room sofas were really comfortable. Bedrooms were modern, and the beds we could have slept in all day if it was not for the babies waking up! Kitchen had everything you could need. Overall a lovely place to stay, close to a lovely pub up the road."
